Kayaking is like pathology but different

Cassie, an employee of Jagged Edge Mountain Gear, spent the morning learning the subtle nuances of kayaking. Cassie was an exemplary student, surely a bi-product of being a molecular bilogy major...Nice work Cassie!

Luke with the signature TKS shot in an EJ Boat

Luke, Hugh and Josh spent the day kayaking, but refrained from the roll session in the afternoon claiming fatigue. A little too tired after last night's midnight movie marathon...there's a lesson hidden in there somewhere boys...See ya next time...

AM Paddle in Telluride

Even though you stayed up 'til midnight watching movies, it was still a nice morning for kayaking with your buddies in Teluride. You know what they say Josh: "if you hoot with the night owls, you can't soar with the eagles!

WOW...that's fun!

If not a bit chilly...

kayaking is fun for mom too!

Shamey's mom Marla also joined in the Birthday fun...She prefered the upright running whitewater part of kayaking to the upside down wet exit part of thing to do with your son mom!

Cazadore kayaking with birthday buddy's everyone's birthday when you go kayaking!

Local shredder Shaemus Croke spent his 11th birthday (well almost-it's actually in 10 days) kayaking with his mom and best buddy Cazadore. Shaemy took the very cool black Jackson fun 1 1/2, which fit him like a glove, and all of the gear home with him...stellar present kiddo!

Miles Kayaks Telluride

Miles (who's 13), signed up for a couple lessons this weekend, he had been kayaking at summer camp but never on a river. After some review, and eskimo roll refinement, we paddled a couple sections of the San Miguel River. Miles was an excellent student; he learned to catch eddies like a pro, ran some fairly busy whitewater and even banged out a river roll. Nice work Miles!
